Since when making and producing great music equals to earning lots of money and popularity? If they do, a bonus for them. If they don't, well, all they wanted was to get their creative works out there in public. And yes, JYPE artists have achieved that. They may not be the top, popularity and financial-wise, but they're in a class of their own too. Yes, their management may be poor (to some people), but if their artists aren't happy, they'd have done something about it.

One reason which made me feel that JYP is better than SM and YG is because JYP once said something along the lines "Before you become an artist, you have to become a better person first" this makes me feel that he truly cares for his artists and wants them to be better in character first, before they develop their skills.
